Beau Vigne Hero Proprietary Red Napa Valley From the Vintner’s Collective

If you are searching for a top-notch Cabernet Sauvignon, you have to try the Beau Vigne Hero Proprietary Red Napa Valley from the Vintner’s Collective. This wine is not only good in taste, but it is also very good in price. With a bottle costing around $15, it is definitely a good buy.

Araujo

One of the best known and most revered Napa Valley wineries is Araujo Estate. The winery is located at the base of the aforementioned Palisades Mountains. It produces one of the world’s finest Cabernet Sauvignons and is the only producer in the region to be certified organic. In addition to its flagship wine, the Eisele Vineyard, the estate also boasts a dozen vineyards that produce some of the tastiest Cabernet Sauvignons in the region.

Araujo’s main claim to fame is its proprietary red, a blend of 72% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot and 3% Petit Verdot. Although it’s not the most expensive wine in the world, the price tag can be steep. To make matters worse, most wineries in the region follow first come, first serve. So if you’re looking to own the king of the hill, you might have to wait a while.

Another noteworthy Napa cult winery is Dana Estates. The award winning label is named after founders Gustav and Naoko Dalla Valle.

Opus One

If you’re looking for the best red wine in town, look no further than Opus One. Not only is it one of the few boutique wineries left in Napa, but it’s also a cult favorite. In fact, it was ranked the top wine in the state by a number of tastemakers in 2011. And the resulting cabernet is the epitome of Napa’s legendary terroir. Moreover, its flagship product is a blend of 72% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot, 3% Petit Verdot and 2% Cabernet Franc. As a result, the wines are renowned for their rich, velvety textures, supple tannins and a plethora of flavorful black cherry fruit.

The company’s offerings abound, but the Beau Vigne Hero is a stalwart amongst the rest. Its proprietary blend of the Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot is made from a small 13-acre vineyard on Pritchard Hill. From here, the award-winning grapes are sent off to the finest winemakers in the valley.

Juliet Cabernet Sauvignon

With a dark ruby hue and a rich aroma, the Beau Vigne Romeo Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley is a blend of 92% Cabernet Sauvignon and 8% Petite Verdot. A long, relatively mild finish gives this wine its finesse. The dark fruit and savory notes are complemented by baking spices and earthy tannins.

This wine’s name is a play on the two main characters in the classic Shakespeare play. Beau Vigne is located in Oakville, Napa Valley. It is also part of the Vintner’s Collective.

One of the things that sets this Napa Valley wine apart is its smorgasbord of exotic flavors. In addition to the blue fruit and boysenberry, the wine has aromas of chocolate and ripe blue fruit on the finish. On the palate, it features an attractive, lithe, and slender profile.

Another aspect of this wine is its light, creamy, and supple feel. While a majority of Beau Vigne’s wines come from premium vineyards in the Napa Valley, this “Persuasion” is actually made from grapes in the Russian River region of Sonoma County.

Vintner’s Collective

The Vintner’s Collective is Napa’s oldest collective tasting room, which showcases Napa Valley-based wineries and other producers. It also vets wines based on taste, price and other factors. You’ll find a selection of Napa Valley-based producers, including the Beau Vigne. This is a popular brand.

A Napa fan favorite, Beau Vigne is known for producing some of the best Cabernet Sauvignon in the valley. They offer three different brands. Some of the wines you may not have heard of include the Legacy Series, Discovery Series and the Persuasion. Their flagship product is the Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon.

Robert Parker gave the 2007 Reserve Cabernet a 100 point score and said it was “a wine that will develop in the bottle”. In addition to its rich fruit and balanced acidity, the Reserve offers a restrained bouquet, a smoky aroma and notes of black cherry, black fig and sage. With a long, relatively mild finish, this wine retains its freshness and finesse in the fruit.
